Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, vendors, and subcontractors in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage office emails, mail distribution, and general front desk activities
  • Schedule meetings and maintain calendars as needed
  • Assist project managers with administrative and project coordination tasks
  • Track project documentation, permits, contracts, and job-related paperwork
  • Coordinate communication between office staff, field personnel, vendors, and clients

  • Assist with preparing reports, proposals, and project-related documentation
