Performance Ford Truck Country is growing and looking for an experienced Fleet Sales Executive to join our Ford Pro Elite team. This is a B2B-focused role working with commercial clients, contractors, and businesses to deliver customized fleet solutions.

If you have a proven track record in fleet or commercial vehicle sales, an existing book of business, and thrive in a high-performance environment—this is your opportunity to take your income and career to the next level.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage relationships with commercial and fleet clients (B2B sales)
  • Identify customer needs and recommend truck, van, and fleet solutions

  • REQUIRED: Previous Fleet or Commercial Sales experience
  • Proven book of business and repeat clientele
  • Automotive dealership sales experience preferred
  • Strong B2B sales, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships
  • Self-motivated with strong pipeline management skills
  • Professional communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
