Country Inn & Suites | Indianola, IA

Country Inn & Suites is seeking a friendly and reliable Front Desk Associate to provide exceptional guest service and support hotel operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and assist with check-in/check-out.
  • Process reservations and respond to guest inquiries.
  • Provide professional, courteous customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records and support daily front desk operations.

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred.

Schedule:

  • Part-time
  • 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
  • Approximately 3 days per week ( Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
