Bethesda Country Club is looking for an enthusiastic Banquet Bartender to join our team and help bring exceptional events to life. In this role, you'll do more than serve drinks-you'll anticipate member and guest needs, create a welcoming atmosphere, and help make every event a memorable experience.
If you're personable, polished, team-oriented, and take pride in delivering outstanding service, we'd love to have you behind the bar!
What You'll Do
  • Deliver warm, attentive service while anticipating the needs of members and guests.
  • Create a positive and memorable experience at weddings, celebrations, private events, and other club functions.
  • Serve beer, liquor, wine, and other beverages with confidence and proper technique.
  • Handle member and guest concerns with professionalism, using your judgment to resolve issues promptly and keeping your supervisor informed.
  • Keep the bar, dining areas, tables, and server stations clean, organized, and event-ready.
  • Collaborate with the banquet and service team to ensure events run smoothly from start to finish.
  • Represent Bethesda Country Club with professionalism, energy, and a genuine commitment to exceptional hospitality.
What We're Looking For
  • 1+ year of bartending or beverage-service experience.
  • Bartender certification and/or TIPS certification preferred.
  • Excellent customer-service and communication skills.
  • A proactive mindset-you notice what guests need before they have to ask.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • A friendly, professional attitude and a passion for creating great guest experiences.
