Job description

Open year round, Green Garden Country Club is located in Frankfort, IL; just a 45 minute drive southwest from Downtown Chicago. The Front Desk Attendant contributes to the golf experience by making sure our guests are warmly welcomed when they arrive at our facility.


JOB FUNCTION

• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing the proper attire/uniform.

• Smile, welcome our golfers.

• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the facility.

• Complete daily task lists.

• Record information regarding golfer issues and report to General Manager

• Become proficient in using Golf Now POS for sales and charges.

• Run nightly report for closing shift and submit to Accounting.

• Answer the phone and take messages.

• Maintain knowledge of current marketing programs.


JOB QUALIFICATION

• Become proficient in using Golf Now POS for sales and charges (we will train you).

• Must have basic knowledge of golf.
