If you love providing personalized interactions and creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere, we are looking for a Full-time, Seasonal Pool Bartender to provide exceptional beverage service to our Members and their guests at our Pool Complex. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a lively, fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships with Members, and knows how to deliver attentive service while keeping the pool bar running smoothly. This is a seasonal position, primarily supporting our peak pool season, with the potential for future opportunities based on performance and Club needs.

Qualifications

  • Must have current AZ Food Handler’s Card
  • Minimum 1 year of bartending experience
  • Previous bartending experience in a private country club, resort, hotel, or high-volume hospitality environment is a plus
  • Previous serving experience is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and responsible alcohol service
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for personalized hospitality
  • Comfortable working outdoors and in Arizona weather conditions

Schedule

  • Seasonal position supporting our Pool Complex
  • Daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required
  • Schedule will vary based on Club and pool operations
  • Open availability preferred
