The DuPont Country Club, nestled within the rolling hills of the historic Brandywine Valley, is one of the premier venues to promote leisure activities through championship caliber golf courses, state of the art tennis facilities, new pools and an updated fitness center. Elegantly decorated rooms, magnificent natural surroundings, customized event planning and impeccable service make any event at the DuPont Country Club truly a special occasion. 
The DuPont Country Club is currently looking for a full-time Housekeeping Team Lead to join our team and focus on providing the highest quality of service for our Housekeeping Department. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the night crew activities of the Housekeeping department. This position is expected to exceed customer expectations of the cleanliness of the club properties and to work closely with other departments to ensure all rooms are set and kept clean up to standards.

The successful candidate will have/be:

  • 1-3 years of cleaning experience required
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work weekends and evenings
  • Valid driver’s license for operation of club vehicles
