ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Run web thru Blockers/Spoolers as required using counting meters.
  • Maintain accurate counts of web processed per job.
  • Complete requirements such as core size and yards per a roll/box.
  • Maintain specified information on work order sheets.
  • Check for defects while processing web.
  • Report all discrepancies to appropriate supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
  • Support the Quality Policy and Quality Objectives
  • Maintain customer focus
  • Identify and communicate any opportunities for Blocking or Spooling improvements

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Ability to set counting meters and change core diameter.
  • Ability to lift boxes weighing 50 pounds or less.
