We’re growing—and we’re looking for a customer-focused professional to join our Kent team.

The Opportunity
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) supporting our Commercial division, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience from first contact through project completion. You’ll work closely with builders, homeowners, and internal teams to provide accurate estimates, process orders, and ensure a seamless experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Prepare estimates by interpreting blueprints and completing measurements
  • Assist customers in person, by phone, and via email
  • Process orders, quotes, and payments accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain up-to-date pricing and communicate timelines, delays, and product details
  • Guide customers through product selection and upsell where appropriate
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when needed
  • Ensure accuracy in pricing, invoicing, and order details
  • Maintain detailed customer records and proactive communication throughout the process

What You Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of customer service experience (industry experience preferred)
  • Experience reading blueprints and completing take-offs/measurements (1–2 years preferred)
  • Interior design background is a plus
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and tact
  • Basic math skills
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
