Job Summary
The Team Leader is responsible for the overall installation of our Epoxy Coating System.  You will create beautifully finished spaces for our customers.  We focus mostly on residential garage floors but apply our product to most cement surfaces in residential and commercial settings.  The Team Leader reports to the Owner/General Manager and will be responsible for supervising 1-2 Technicians.  On an average day, you will prepare our install truck with the tools and materials to do each job and drive to the customer's location.  You will then prepare the cement surface and install our 3-layer granite epoxy coating system. 
Responsibilities 
  • Use of hand tools and industrial machines
  • Use of detailed roller & brush painting 
  • Perform concrete grinding and crack repair
  • Moderate/heavy lifting 
  • Working with time-sensitive materials 
  • Machine & equipment care and maintenance 
  • Tool & material inventory management 
Qualifications
  • Reliable and Punctual  
  • Experience in Epoxy Flooring is Required
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Valid Driver's License (Required)
  • Work authorization (Required)
  • Epoxy Garage Floor: 3 years (Preferred)
