Countertop Fabricator

Position Summary:
Countertop Fabricator is responsible for ensuring countertops are cut and finished to meet customer expectations in a timely and accurate manner.
Essential Functions/Primary Responsibilities:
  • Cut, Grind, and Palletize Countertops to customer specifications.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products based on production schedule.
  • QC product prior to sending to shipping.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints.
  • Assist with inventory control.
  • Special projects as requested.
  • Operate lift truck in a safe, clean condition following all safety standards.
  • Attends all meetings and training as required.
  • Other tasks as requested.
  • Ensures compliance to quality, 6S, and OSHA programs; assures conformity to all company and customer

Working Conditions/Environment:
Works primarily in a warehouse environment where the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 75 lbs. regularly, walk, reach, grasp and bend while moving about their workstation and facility. May be required to work overtime and/or weekends as needed. The employee may periodically be exposed to non-ambient temperatures, odors or dust. All required PPE must be worn at all times while in the warehouse environment in accordance with company policies and safety standards.
Qualification Requirements:
  • 2-3 years previous post-form laminate experience preferred.
  • High school graduate or GED equivalent.

  • Experience with power tools (router, nail gun, iron, miter saw, tape measure)
