Summary

As a Warehouse Worker at Jerry's Floor Store, you will be an integral part of our operations, ensuring the efficient handling of flooring products. This role is essential to maintaining our high standards of service and supporting our mission to deliver top-quality flooring solutions to our customers.


Responsibilities

  • Operate fork lift safely and efficiently to assist with warehouse operations.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately for timely distribution.
  • Manage receiving processes to ensure smooth logistics flow.
  • Perform heavy lifting and stock management to maintain organized inventory.
  • Assist in loading and unloading materials from delivery trucks.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations while operating equipment.


Qualifications

  • MUST HAVE A VALID Drivers License.
  • MUST GET DOT Certification.
  • MUST HAVE Second form of ID to be I-9 compliant (ie: social security card, birth cert, etc)
  • Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers.
  • Strong skills in picking, packing, and shipping/receiving processes.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and other heavy equipment safely.
  • Physical capability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
