Lockheed Martin's, Rotary & Mission Systems (LM RMS), Security and Emergency Services (SES) invites you to step up to one of today's most daunting challenges: the protection of exquisite government capabilities leading to warfighter supremacy against our peer and near peer adversaries. Our RMS SES team plays a vital role in protecting the organization and ensuring the security and safety of our programs and people globally.
The Work:
This position will be located at RMS Orlando, will be a member of the centralized RMS Counterintelligence and Investigations team, and will directly support RMS F-35 Sustainment Operations, with additional program-wide support as needed, by providing Counterintelligence, Investigation, and Insider Threat operational support.
Due to the dynamic environment, the incumbent may be required to travel domestically and internationally and may need to work some flexible shifts for mission needs. US citizenship and a DoD security clearance are required for this position.
The selected candidate will be responsible for the following efforts including but not limited to:
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge in Counterintelligence (CI) with a degree in applicable studies or equivalent experience in the field.
• Maintain a well-established liaison in the counterintelligence arenas with law enforcement, prosecutorial agencies and intelligence communities.
• Self-starter with proven skills and impeccable ethical standards.
• Capable of interpreting specific Government policies and procedures
relating to the field such as the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual
(NISPOM), Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and others.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for CI investigations and operations.
• Develop / implement strategies to address potential threats, risks, and vulnerabilities.
• Perform work with accuracy; exercises sound judgment in safeguarding confidential and sensitive information; practices diplomacy when dealing with people in sensitive situations.

Basic Qualifications
• 10+ years' experience supporting counterintelligence operations and investigations with background in law enforcement, intelligence community, or related experience.
• Advanced proficiency to include detailed data collection, comprehensive analysis, thorough investigations, and documentation to safeguard company assets and programs.
• Must be well versed with legal issues as they relate to Counterintelligence and investigations including applicable state and federal statutes.
• Well-refined interviewing and organizational skills are essential.
• Must be a self-starter with proven CI investigator skills and impeccable ethical standards.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration or organizational skills.
• Track record of successful team work and collaboration in fast paced environment.
Desired skills
• 15+ years' law enforcement experience with counterintelligence matters.
• Bachelor's degree and/or advanced degree.
• Advanced experience in intelligence threat analysis and mitigation.
• Highly skilled ability to verbally articulate complex issues to a broad variety of audiences.
• Advanced ability to use complex analytical tools to draw conclusions and develop responses
• Understanding of Collateral and Special Access Program Security.
• Development of new principles and theories resolving critical organizational objectives.
• In-depth knowledge of and ability to execute Counterintelligence Program duties.
• In-depth knowledge of and ability to execute Insider Threat Program Senior Official duties as defined in the NISPOM and other program directives

Ability to work remotely
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $99,700 - $175,835. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $114,700 - $198,720. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
