The Counter Sales position is a customer-facing role focused on delivering exceptional service and support to clients visiting the sales counter. The primary goal is to assist customers in selecting products, answering inquiries, and processing sales transactions efficiently and accurately. This role requires maintaining a thorough knowledge of the products and services offered to provide informed recommendations and solutions tailored to customer needs. Additionally, the Counter Sales associate will manage inventory levels, coordinate with other departments, and ensure the sales area is organized and welcoming. Ultimately, this position plays a critical role in driving sales growth and fostering positive customer relationships that encourage repeat business.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous HVAC experience in retail sales or customer service.
