Job Description The Lincoln Group has partnered with a Local Company, in search of a Counter Representative to join their team in Santa Maria, CA. Work Schedule: Monday- Friday. Compensation: $18.00 We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Counter Representative to join our team

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role involves assisting customers with their needs, processing transactions accurately, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Process agreements, returns, and payments accurately - Provide information on products, services - Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Collaborate with team members to achieve targets and improve customer satisfaction Required Skills and Qualifications: - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and transactions - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in using computer systems and software applications - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively - Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred -Lift up to 50lbs.
