We are currently seeking a qualified professional Parts Counter Sales Person to join our team.  As a Parts Counter Person you will be responsible for providing vehicle parts and or accessories to our professional technicians and retail customers while providing exceptional customer service. This is a Union position with exceptional benefits.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to all customers and vendors.
  • Process customer orders and recommend additional related repair items.
  • Provide our Advisors and Technicians parts inquiry pricing and availability in a timely manner.
  • Process and fill back counter technician parts orders.
  • Gain superior product knowledge and understanding of vehicle components through available factory training to effectively help customers, advisors, and technicians.
  • Assist with the daily inventory.
  • Assist in maintaining perpetual inventories.
  • Help maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the service counter, work area, and stockroom.

Qualifications:

  • Previous GM parts advisor experience required
  • Familiarity with common Automotive DMS systems
  • Understand basic automotive components and systems
  • Automotive dealership service experience is a plus
  • A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
  • Able to lift 40lbs unassisted
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
  • Working knowledge of computers
  • Be at least 18 years of age
