Job description

Overview
CIS Secure is seeking experienced Fusion All-Source Intelligence Analysts to support mission-critical Government programs focused on Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS), all-source intelligence fusion, and adversary network analysis. This position provides intelligence support to Government mission partners by integrating intelligence from multiple sources to identify, assess, and characterize emerging unmanned aerial system threats and associated adversary networks.
The successful candidates will collaborate with Government analysts, intelligence professionals, and operational stakeholders to produce timely intelligence products, identify threat trends, conduct network analysis, and support operational planning. This position requires strong analytical abilities, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and experience supporting intelligence operations within complex mission environments.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced Military Intelligence professionals with expertise in all-source intelligence, Counter-UAS operations, network analysis, and intelligence fusion who enjoy solving complex intelligence challenges in direct support of national security missions.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct all-source intelligence analysis supporting Counter-UAS operations and intelligence fusion activities.
  • Analyze adversary UAS capabilities, operational networks, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
  • Integrate intelligence from multiple classified databases, intelligence disciplines, and national-level reporting into comprehensive analytical products.
  • Perform network analysis to identify relationships, trends, and operational vulnerabilities.
  • Develop intelligence assessments, executive briefings, technical reports, and threat analyses supporting Government decision makers.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and identify emerging threats within the operational environment.
  • Support Requests for Information (RFIs) while meeting established mission timelines.
  • Collaborate with Government personnel and cross-functional mission partners to synchronize intelligence efforts.
  • Utilize geospatial intelligence tools and intelligence databases to support analytical efforts.
  • Support intelligence planning, collection strategies, and mission execution.

OPERATING HOURS AND EXPECTATIONS:
This is a full-time onsite position supporting operations at Fort Eisenhower (formerly Fort Gordon), Georgia. The selected candidate must be capable of independently supporting mission requirements while collaborating across multiple organizations in a classified environment.
TRAVEL:
Up to 10% travel may be required to support customer meetings, intelligence coordination, operational planning activities, training events, and other mission requirements.
Qualifications
CLEARANCE:
  • Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance is required at the time of application.

CITIZENSHIP:
  • Must be a United States citizen.

EDUCATION:
  • Bachelor's degree and three (3) or more years of relevant experience.
  • Associate degree and seven (7) years of relevant experience may be substituted.
  • High school diploma or GED with nine (9) years of specialized experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

CERTIFICATION(S):
  • No certifications are required at the time of hire.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Military Intelligence background with completion of a formal Military Intelligence training program.
  • Experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis supporting military or Intelligence Community operations.
  • Experience conducting network analysis supporting counter-threat, counter-facilitation, or Counter-Terrorism operations.
  • Experience producing executive-level intelligence reports and briefings.
  • Strong understanding of adversary UAS capabilities, commercial technologies, and emerging threat systems.
  • Experience utilizing intelligence analysis platforms such as Palantir, Analyst's Notebook, or comparable analytical tools.
  • Knowledge of intelligence fusion methodologies and multi-source analysis.
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, research, writing, and briefing skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex intelligence assessments to senior Government leadership.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Experience supporting Counter-UAS operations within the CENTCOM Area of Responsibility.
  • Familiarity with intelligence databases including ICReach, MIST, TIDE, NCTC Online, NRO FADE, and related Government intelligence systems.
  • Experience utilizing geospatial intelligence tools such as ArcGIS, Google Earth, and related mapping platforms.
  • Knowledge of Weapons Technical Intelligence (WTI) and Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) technology exploitation.
  • Experience supporting Artificial Intelligence Data Platform (AIDP) or Project MAVEN.
  • Experience developing analytical data models and intelligence automation solutions.
  • Experience developing Python scripts for data analysis or workflow automation.
