Job description

The Count Room Clerk shift is 2:45am until the end of processing each day, typically between 9:00am and 11:00am. 

The Count Room Clerk counts and verifies funds from slot machines, table games and ticket redemption machines.


• Ensure that each guest receives outstanding service by creating a friendly environment and following Jackson Rancheria Guest Service Guidelines.
• Perform slot machine drop; swap out empty bill stackers for full bill stackers from slot machines.
• Count, verify and record currency and chips from slot machines, table games and ticket redemption machines.
• Prepare and balance paperwork for all games.
• Pass currency and chips to the Vault for final verification.
• Perform daily closing procedures; clean machines and restock count stations.


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
• One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay range: $19.00 - $24.70 per hour

*Shift Differential: Non-Exempt employees will receive a $1.00 per hour shift differential for any hours worked between 10:00pm and 6:00am.
