LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Administrator at our manufacturing client in Newark, DE.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Customer Service Administrator has a critical role within Process Instruments manufacturing team. This role is responsible for processing incoming orders, entering the demand into the ERP system, and providing communications to customers. This is a high-volume role that requires significant multitasking and self-prioritization to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of orders to our customers. Monthly revenue targets drive the direction and focus of the manufacturing team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Order entry for all orders (analyzer, parts, service) placed on the Newark Facility.
• Communicating directly with customers, sale managers, and representatives on majority of orders
• Ownership of spare parts orders which includes: Quoting, Order Entry, releasing order to manufacturing/shipping.
• Receives, prices, and processes customer orders.
• Notifies customers of availability, shipping dates and associated delivery fees of products, services, and replacement parts
• Controls analyses of forecast, inventory, order, shipping, and demand
• Process all credit memos, tax credits, and returns
• Cycle count for the spare part room
• Utilizes ProForma Invoices for accounting
• Manages the Inventory for the field service engineers
• Service Billings
• Quality Liaison for Customer Complaints
• Manages E-Commerce for the Newark site
• Processing change notices
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of 3 years' experience
• General knowledge of manufacturing business information flow
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Experience with ERP systems beneficial, Navision a plus
• Taking ownership of tasks, a hands-on approach, and a strong attention to detail
