Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status and develop individualized treatment plans based on their unique needs.
  • Facilitate both group and individual counseling sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address various emotional and behavioral issues.
  • Monitor ongoing client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to optimize therapeutic outcomes, with an emphasis on measurable advancements in mental health.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date treatment records, documentation, and progress notes to track client improvement and inform ongoing care.
