• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients’ needs and develop personalized therapy strategies.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with all legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in client interactions.
• Actively participate in ongoing professional development, including workshops and training sessions, to stay informed about the latest advancements and best practices in mental health treatment.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and assist in case management as needed.
• Assist clients in setting realistic treatment goals and support them through their therapeutic journey, adapting approaches based on their progress and feedback.

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at EcoHealth, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including individuals and families who face various mental health challenges. You will address issues ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and substance misuse, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet each client’s unique circumstances and needs.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.
• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting, is required.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards related to counseling practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Proficiency in EMR software and related technologies for record-keeping and documentation.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse treatment is highly desirable.
• Experience implementing various therapeutic techniques and adapting them as required by client feedback.
• Familiarity with community resources and referral pathways for clients needing additional support.

• Competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
