We provide expert guidance on business strategies, commercial transactions, platform partnerships, and technology vendor agreements. Collaborating with specialists in privacy, data, compliance, and intellectual property, we deliver comprehensive legal support.   • Provide legal advice and counsel to business partners, particularly those focused on site and shopping experience, ensuring informed decision-making aligned with company objectives.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents to support business transactions and initiatives.
