Zenea Care provides an innovative outpatient office environment that equips counselors with the tools necessary to deliver effective therapy, including access to virtual platforms for telehealth services. We support our clinicians with in-house credentialing, insurance management, and scheduling assistance, creating an efficient workflow and enhancing the overall practice experience.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of individuals, families, and groups, employing advanced clinical skills to tailor interventions based on client needs.
• Utilize evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other modalities, to create and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Actively participate in interdisciplinary meetings and patient rounds, ensuring effective communication regarding assessments, treatment strategies, and progress updates.
• Provide compassionate case management for assigned patients, collaborating with healthcare professionals in hospital and community settings to foster holistic care.
• Ensure ethical, accurate, and timely completion of clinical documentation, maintaining compliance with departmental standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong therapeutic relationships with clients, providing a supportive and non-judgmental space that encourages open communication and personal growth.

The counselors at Zenea Care work with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. We cater to individuals facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Our focus is on personalized care, adapting our approach to meet the specific cultural, emotional, and social needs of each client.

• Valid and active state licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Flexibility to work between 10 and 40 hours per week, accommodating both part-time and full-time schedules.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and techniques.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records for patient management.

This position offers a competitive salary range between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
