Work Environment

This position is fully remote, providing flexibility for our counselors to work from the comfort of their home or any location they choose. Our online working environment promotes collaboration using advanced communication tools and electronic medical record (EMR) systems, ensuring that you can manage client files securely and efficiently. We focus heavily on work-life balance, offering flexible scheduling options within our operational hours of 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients to develop customized therapeutic strategies that address their unique mental health needs.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions, individual therapy, and family consultations using evidence-based therapeutic methodologies.
  • Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to individual client preferences and requirements, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care is provided that meets the holistic needs of clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date and compliant clinical records, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical guidelines.
  • Participate in regular workshops, trainings, and professional development to remain informed of the latest advancements in the mental health field.
