Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Location: Arkansas
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Summary:
We're hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide telehealth counseling services in a full-time remote setting. The counselor in this role will meet with clients, assess mental health concerns, create treatment plans, document care, and provide ongoing therapeutic support. The work is centered on helping clients improve emotional health, manage symptoms, and build practical strategies for daily life. This is a direct-care position with a clear schedule and a strong clinical focus.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide scheduled telehealth counseling sessions for assigned clients
  • Perform intake assessments and review clinical history
  • Establish treatment goals and document measurable progress
  • Complete session notes and related records in a timely manner
  • Use appropriate therapeutic methods based on client presentation
  • Identify changes in client condition and respond accordingly

Requirements
  • Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Arkansas
  • Master's degree in Counseling or a related field
  • At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
  • Experience providing therapy to adults, adolescents, or mixed populations
