Join us as a Human Resources Intern for our Seattle district, within our US Buildings sector starting July 2026. Depending on your assigned project as a Human Resources Intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our team by:

Responsibilities
  • Get exposure to the various areas of Human Resources including recruitment, workforce diversity, training,professional development, health & wellness, and HR special projects and general administrative functions
  • Assist with research, coordination and administration of Human Resources programs and initiatives
  • Support the implementation of corporate and regional initiatives
  • Assist the HR team with planning and executing Seattle District initiatives
  • Compose and prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and other documentation
  • Undertake research projects as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Pursuing an associate or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Psychology or a related discipline.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and stated objectives while managing shifting priorities.
  • Detail oriented and thorough.
  • Works well as part of a team and with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and ability to learn other software programs.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US *PCL will not sponsor an employment visa (e.g. H1-B, etc.) for this position.
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Available to work in Bellevue, WA full-time in the summer and/or part-time during the school year. 

The estimated salary range for this role is $23.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be confirmed as part of a personalized offer.
