The Crumbl Mission:
To bring friends and families together over the best desserts in the world.
About Us:
Crumbl is the nation's largest gourmet dessert company, with over 1,100 stores across the U.S. and Canada—and we only opened our first store in 2017. We rotate our menu of cookies, cakes, cups and pies EVERY week, giving our customers many reasons to always try something new. Our "Open Bakery" concept gives customers a front-row seat as we prepare their desserts from scratch!
What You'll Do:
Bakery Crew Positions offer a wide range of opportunities to support our production and/or retail sales activities. Bakers can be a career for those not looking for management, a stepping stone to get into management, or simply just a part-time way to earn. Dough production shifts are typically daytimes, while more customer service focused roles are needed afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays all day (we are closed Sundays). You only need a great attitude, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and passion for perfection. Earn raises as you complete training milestones.
Minimum Job Requirements:
  • At least 17 years old (required to operate mixing equipment)
  • Completion of Basic Food Handlers certificate prior to start date (short online course for under $10)
  • Must have smartphone / tablet and able to use for required apps and weekly menu training
  • No previous bakery experience necessary
  • If scheduled for closing shifts, you must be available until 10:45 pm on weeknights or 11:45 on Friday and Saturday nights (this is important for high school students to discuss with parents before applying)
*Tip Sharing: Tips are pooled and shared among all staff. The store guarantees a minimum of $2.00/hour in tips (though they often run higher—up to $4.00/hour during popular weeks). If tips fall short, ownership covers the difference. This guarantee is reviewed quarterly.
Benefits:
  • Earn Paid Time Off from day one (up to 80 hours annually)
  • 401k with Employer Match after 3 months for employees 21 and older
  • One free cookie per shift
  • Employee discount
  • Closed Sundays
Why Work for Crumbl:
Crumbl is NEVER boring, and we'll teach you everything about baking and creating memorable customer experiences—no previous experience needed. We promote from within whenever possible, offer flexible schedules for different life stages, and build guaranteed raises into our training milestones. We also offer monthly incentive programs that reward great attendance and teamwork towards meeting store performance goals.

Work Location:
1421 S. Hayes Street, #110, Arlington, VA 22202 (street level retail under The Milton apartment building, and same block as Pentagon City Metro Station and next to CostCo)
