Job description


We are a locally owned Meineke shop in Farmington, Missouri, looking to add an auto technician to our team. We are open to entry level technicians who want to learn and experienced techs who want steady work, fair pay, and a no drama shop.

This is a real working shop with consistent car count, modern equipment, and clear expectations. We have a long track record as the top performing shop in the region, with consistent car count and stable hours.

What you will do:

Diagnose and repair common vehicle systems including brakes, suspension, steering, exhaust, tune ups, electrical, air conditioning, and general maintenance. Perform quality repairs and inspections. Keep your work area clean and work as part of a team.

Pay structure - read this:

We pay a guaranteed hourly base wage plus commission on every job you complete, paid weekly. There are no minimums, no thresholds, and no breakouts. If you work on a job, you earn commission on that job every paycheck. On top of hourly pay and weekly commission, we also offer a monthly bonus.

This is not flat rate and not a draw. Hourly pay is guaranteed and commission stacks on top.

Schedule and benefits:

Full time position with 10 hour shifts. Health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, employee discounts, and ASE training support available.
