What are some typical challenges Costco Associates face during busy periods, and how can they effectively manage them?

During peak hours or holiday seasons, Costco Associates often encounter high customer volumes and fast-paced environments. Managing long lines, keeping shelves stocked, and assisting customers promptly can be challenging. Getting hired as a Costco Associate typically involves submitting an online application, passing a background check, and completing an interview. The hiring process is competitive but straightforward, with a focus on customer service skills and availability for shifts.
