We are seeking experienced Welder Fabricators to become an integral part of our team! The Welder will use specialized equipment to weld and assemble new metal forms.


Field Welder should be capable of going out in the field, taking measurements, and coming back to the shop as well as working in the field. Prefer experience reading blueprints, cutting metal to size, fabricate structures and work outside.


Shop Welder is responsible for custom fabrication. Should be capable of creating custom fabrication, prefer experience reading blueprints, cutting metal to size, finish grinding and sanding mostly aluminum spool gun welding and GMAW


Most of the projects that we do are custom projects like gates, fencing, water features, trellis, arbors/pergolas and much more.


Background check will be run to ensure clean background and driving record (jobs are throughout the valley). You must be clean, on time and the ability to work in hot weather. This is not welding the same thing every day so a can-do attitude is a must. We look for people who can read plans and figure out how to make things work, not tell us all the reasons why something can’t happen. Must be friendly and works well with others. Willing to work overtime when asked. Able to lift heavy objects and be self-motivated to get the job done.


Normal hours vary seasonally in the summer they are typically 5-2 Monday – Friday, but overtime does happen. This is a great place to work with lots of opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products
  • Install and repair various equipment and components
  • Calculate material measurements to verify specifications
  • Conduct tests to evaluate weld quality and tolerance
  • Read blueprints and build structures per plan. Cut metal to build structures. Preform quality welds.
  • Adhere to all safety standards and protocols.
  • Drive company vehicle to job location and build structures, fences, or other metal work.
  • Report progress to supervisor daily.
  • Give direction to a crew, hold them accountable for safety.

Qualifications:

  • 1 year minimum experience welding / fabricating on the job experience
  • Previous experience in welding, manufacturing, or other related fields
  • Familiarity with welding tools and procedures
  • Familiarity with engineering blueprints and schematics
  • Ability to handle physical workload

Desired Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of applicable experience field welding, building structures, Flux Core welding.
  • 1-2 years running a crew.
  • Able to read blueprints and build per plan.
  • Able to work in 100+ degree weather, working outside, and able to lift 50+ LBS throughout the day.
  • Able to drive a company vehicle.
  • OSHA 10.
  • Familiar with rigging and reach forks.
