Value Analysis Manager | Healthcare Operations

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Value Analysis Manager to lead initiatives focused on improving clinical outcomes while reducing costs across a large healthcare system. This role serves as a key partner between clinical, operational, supply chain, and executive leadership teams to evaluate products, services, and processes that enhance patient care and organizational efficiency.

Position Summary

The Value Analysis Manager is responsible for identifying, recommending, and implementing cost-saving opportunities related to clinical products, supplies, equipment, services, and operational processes. This role leverages data analytics, evidence-based practice, and stakeholder collaboration to drive value-based decisions that improve quality, standardization, and financial performance.

Required Qualifications

Current Nevada Registered Nurse (RN) license
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 4 years of progressive clinical experience
Minimum 2 years of management experience in a hospital setting
BLS certification (American Heart Association)

Additional Requirements

1+ years of experience with hospital supply chain processes and clinical product evaluation
Experience analyzing clinical, operational, and financial data to support decision-making
Proficiency with data analytics tools such as Tableau, Excel, or similar platforms
Familiarity with evidence-based clinical decision-making and product standardization initiatives

Key Responsibilities
