Cosmetologist/Hair Stylist
Here at Sweet & Sassy Pearland, we are looking for a fun, energetic, and enthusiastic Cosmetologist/Hair Stylist. If you are passionate about making your little clients look and feel great and work well with children, then this is the place for you. The mission of this role is to go above-and-beyond in providing A+ customer service activities related to salon services, including making Snip-Snap Station and Pampered Place clean/fun environments for our customers. This role is required to provide outstanding customer service in accordance with company standards, and ensure all assistance is provided quickly and proficiently to safeguard company integrity.
Sweet & Sassy is a salon, spa, retail store and party place for children Infant-12 years of age. Our goal is to make our customer's day, every day and deliver "wow" customer service. We have fun at work and make our little customer's dreams come true every day.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Coordinates with salon staff to implement sales processes specific to the products and services offered by the salon.
  • Ensures that each customer receives outstanding service in a timely manner and in a friendly environment.
  • Maintains solid knowledge of all products and services offered by the salon.
  • Opens/Closes salon operations
  • Stocks/processes inventory items daily to maintain salon product areas.
  • Must be able to braid, shampoo, cut and style hair.
