Job description

GDG Smiles is a fast-growing cosmetic dental practice in Fort Lauderdale, FL, focused on delivering exceptional patient experiences and life-changing smile transformations.

We’re looking for an experienced Office Manager who can lead our front office team, oversee daily operations, and help drive practice performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee daily front-office operations and scheduling
  • Lead, train, and hold team members accountable
  • Coordinate communication between front office, clinical staff, and leadership
  • Support patients throughout their treatment journey
  • Assist with financing and treatment-related questions
  • Monitor office performance, workflow, and production
  • Identify operational issues and implement improvements
  • Help maintain a positive, professional, high-performing team culture


What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of dental office management or treatment coordination experience
  • Cosmetic dentistry or high-value treatment experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident handling patient concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Ability to take ownership and lead by example


Compensation

  • Base salary: $65,000 annually, paid biweekly
  • Performance-based monthly bonuses
  • Additional incentive opportunities based on practice performance


Estimated total earning potential: $85,000–$110,000+ annually for strong performers.

This is an in-person position in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
