Job Description:
tarte cosmetics is seeking experienced retail sales associates for part-time opportunities in select geographic markets.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Passion for tarte products
  • Retail sales experience, with expertise in Sephora and/or Ulta environments
  • Strong relationship-building and verbal communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for customer service with the ability to confidently engage and assist customers
  • Merchandising and planogram experience
  • Competitive spirit with a drive to achieve sales goals (SPH target: $200/hour)
  • Availability during peak retail hours, including weekends and some evenings
  • Own a smartphone and have a working knowledge of apps and social media
