Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and assist customers in selecting and purchasing cosmetics products.
  2. Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
  3. Demonstrate product usage and application techniques to customers.
  4. Educate customers about the features and benefits of different cosmetics brands and products.
  5. Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cosmetics department, including product displays and shelves.
  7. Stay informed about the latest beauty trends, product launches, and promotions.
  8. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver an outstanding shopping experience.

Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in cosmetology or beauty industry is a plus.
  2. Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in cosmetics or beauty products.
  3. Passion for cosmetics, skincare, and beauty trends.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
  5. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple tasks.
  7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
