Identify cosmetic concerns, defects, or detailing issues and report findings to supervision.

Support production and service teams with boat preparation for deliveries, launches, events, storage, or customer demonstrations.

Ensure work is completed efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.

OSHA Safety & Compliance

Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety policies related to chemical handling, equipment operation, and workplace safety.

Safely handle cleaning chemicals, compounds, solvents, waxes, and detailing products in accordance with Safety Data Sheets (SDS).

Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including gloves, eye protection, respirators, hearing protection, or other required gear.

Maintain awareness of slip, trip, and fall hazards during detailing activities.

Ensure proper handling and disposal of used towels, compounds, chemicals, contaminated materials, and detailing waste.

Assist in maintaining organized storage areas for detailing supplies and chemicals.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality results.

Ability to work with a variety of cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.

Good physical stamina and the ability to work on boats for extended periods.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
