Job description

Looking for someone AMAZING to join our team - Must have Aesthetic RN/Injectable Experience and be able to work independently.

We are looking for an experienced licensed Aesthetic Nurse (RN). Injectable Experience is a MUST!!!! Someone with an outgoing personality, who radiates warmth and kindness, while demonstrating excellent clinical skills and judgment.

The candidate must have high standards, a passion for all things aesthetic, and dedication to maintaining strict cleanliness and safety standards. Must have great people skills to deal with both staff and customers. The candidate must demonstrate a thirst for knowledge, and continually seek out and participate in opportunities to learn about current and evolving technologies, techniques and products.

Job duties include (but are not limited to): experience in-Injectables, Botox/Neurotoxin, Filler, Morpheus8 (Face & Body), skin resurfacing, DermaPen microneedling, Chemical Peels, IV therapy and weight loss. Also have an understanding of skin & all Fitzpatrick skin types.

This individual must be well versed in the various treatments, including pre- and post- care, be able to answer questions, provide guidance, discuss appropriate skin care options, and pay close attention to the details of the entire patient experience, participate in practice marketing, and be able to build trust and rapport with each patient.

This position is a key for the company and is tasked with many diverse nursing responsibilities.

The medical responsibilities include implementing standardized procedures for Dermal fillers, Botox injections, acne, acne scars, spider veins, wrinkles, facial discoloration, chemical peels, and other cosmetic skincare treatments.

We are looking for an individual with long-term potential who wants to grow with the company. This position is part-time, with option to move to full time as the practice grows and evolves. (Hours/Days negotiable)

Must Have Criteria:

-Active license in the state of California

-Aesthetic experience/Botox/Fillers/and Morpheus8 REQUIRED

-Proficiency in the above types of procedures

-Efficiency/Time Management/and ability to Prioritize

-Punctual and reliable attendance

-Extremely detail oriented

-Consistent with organization and follow-up

-Proficient in Medical Record Software and excellent at patient charting

Job Type: Per Diem (option to part-time and full-time depending on performance)
