Beauty Incubator Recruitment is pleased to be working with a medical grade skincare brand who are looking for a Business Development Manager for Montreal and The Maritimes territory.
In this consultative sales role, you will build trusted relationships with dermatology and plastic surgery practices, open new physician accounts, and help clinics succeed with the skincare product line. This is a great fit for an experienced medical,
pharmaceutical, or cosmetics sales professional ready to own a territory and make an impact.
The ideal candidate will:
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by managing and growing a portfolio of physician accounts.
  • Identify, qualify, and onboard new clinics while nurturing relationships with existing partners.
  • Plan and run in-practice marketing programs, events, and training sessions that build brand awareness and drive product adoption.
  • Maintain a strong field presence through regular visits, timely follow-up, and excellent customer service.
  • Uphold brand standards and represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 3-5 years of outside sales experience in healthcare, aesthetics, skincare, pharmaceutical, or cosmetics sales, with a consistent record of hitting targets.
  • Proven success selling into physician-owned clinics using a consultative, solutions-based approach.
  • An established network within the aesthetics, skincare, or physician-dispensed channel, with the ability to quickly open new accounts.
  • Strong business acumen - comfortable with financials, sales reporting, and helping clinic owners grow their business.
  • Disciplined territory management skills: call planning, routing, and consistent follow-up.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence physicians and motivate clinic staff.
