Skin Rejuventation Clinic one of our valued partners, is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join their fast-growing, state-of-the-art clinic located in Edina, MN!
The Clinical Assistant plays a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience while supporting providers in the delivery of aesthetic and cosmetic treatments. This position assists with patient preparation, treatment room setup, clinical procedures, patient education, and post-treatment follow-up. The Clinical Assistant serves as an ambassador for the practice by helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals through education, outstanding customer service, and ongoing support.

Essential Responsibilities
Patient Care & Clinical Support
  • Welcome and prepare patients for appointments, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Obtain patient histories, update records, and collect vital signs as needed.
  • Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and patients for cosmetic procedures.
  • Assist providers during aesthetic treatments, laser procedures, biopsies, and other clinical services.
  • Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record.
  • Provide post-treatment instructions and conduct patient follow-up communications.

Patient Education & Retail Support
  • Educate patients on skincare products, treatment plans, and aftercare.
  • Recommend appropriate treatments, products, memberships, and services based on patient goals.
  • Support patient retention through exceptional service and relationship building.

Clinical Operations
  • Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and clinical areas in compliance with OSHA and infection-control standards.
  • Clean, disinfect, and prepare treatment rooms between patients.
  • Monitor equipment and assist with inventory, stocking, and supply management.
  • Perform instrument cleaning, sterilization, and proper storage.

Team & Administrative Support
  • Participate in staff meetings, training, and continuing education.
  • Collaborate with providers and team members to ensure efficient clinic operations.
  • Assist with additional administrative or clinical duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements
  • Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
  • Frequently climb stairs and move throughout clinical and retail areas.
  • Lift and carry up to 20 pounds.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Aesthetician license and/or phlebotomy certification preferred.
  • Two or more years of experience in a medical, dermatology, plastic surgery, cosmetic, or MedSpa environment preferred.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills with a passion for aesthetics and patient care.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records, Microsoft Office, and skincare product recommendations.
  • Professional, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining patient confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, and collaborative teamwork.
