SCP Health is seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant to join our dynamic team at CHRISTUS Spohn Hospital Corpus Christi-Shoreline-CC.   • Patient Volume: Average Daily Census 35-45
  • Specialties: Neurosurgery, General Surgery, Ortho Surgery, Gastroenterology, Neurology, Cardiology, Nephrology, Hema/Oncology, Psychiatry Available
  • Coverage Model: Day - 2 Physicians and 4 NPPA, Night - 1 Physician and 1 NPPA
  • Number of Beds: 567 bed hospital
  • Acuity: Level II Trauma Center
  • EMR: EPIC
  • Procedures: Cover Codes; Chest tubes, Thoracentesis, Paracentesis, Lumbar Puncture and Bronchoscopy needed
  • ICU: Closed ICU - Pulm, Trauma and Surgical Services see their own patients in the ICU
  • Fellowship/Residency: EM and FM residency programs on site; EM residents work alongside ICU clinicians; FM residents observe
  • Moonlighting: No


Qualifications

  • Education: PA-C
  • Licensure: Must have or be able to obtain Texas license
  • Experience: Must have critical care experience
  • Badges: ACLS and BLS
