Job description

Benjamin & Associates is one of the most well-known immigration litigation firms in Arizona.  We handle removal defense, asylum, family-based visas, detained cases, bonds, appeals, and federal litigation.
At this Firm, you will be trained and mentored in Ninth Circuit and Federal Court Litigation, including petitions for Habeas Corpus and Mandamus.  You will receive training and mentorship in removal defense and detained litigation, including effective motion and brief writing.
Job candidates must be at least conversationally fluent in Spanish, and compensation will depend on experience.  If you want to be on the cutting edge of immigration law, if you believe that immigration is a critical issue of national importance, come and join our team!
Compensation package includes:
  • Salary $100k-$150k depending on experience

Our Associate Attorneys manage their own dockets of cases, and have the support of a team of legal assistants.  You will receive personal training from the owner, the senior associates, and the office manager.  In other words, you will have the support of decades of experience to ensure that you have the ability and resources to provide the best representation to the Firm's clients.
