How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Partner with the Area Director to develop and manage sales plans that support customer growth and revenue objectives by overseeing strategies for selling Spectrum products and services
  • Communicate sales strategies and performance requirements to Retail Account Managers while monitoring and evaluating results
  • Manage, coach and motivate Retail Sales Account Managers and their teams to achieve individual and team objectives
  • Build high-performance teams by recruiting, training and retaining talent while fostering continuous development
  • Implement retail channel strategies to increase market awareness, including developing new retail points of distribution
  • Develop sales incentives and manage relationships with Retail Partners to drive channel effectiveness and sales growth
  • Oversee the execution of retailer support, service expectations and company policy enforcement to ensure client satisfaction and compliance
