Administrative Assistant - Corporate Operations

Are you meticulous with superior organizational skills? As an Administrative Assistant for Uline's Corporate Operations team, you'll support communications and special department projects for our growing North American company.

Position Responsibilities

  • Support the Corporate Operations team by managing expense reporting, preparing memos and presentations, and identifying data trends.

  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings and interviews, and arrange travel.

  • Maintain and improve department documentation, processes and procedures.

  • Apply business knowledge and discretion when handling assignments and projects.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 3+ years of administrative / clerical experience preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills.

  • Handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
