  • Advise clients on a broad range of corporate and business legal matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts.
  • Counsel clients on corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.
  • Partner with business owners to develop practical legal strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal analysis.
  • Represent clients during negotiations and business disputes.
  • Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
  • Active Alabama Bar license in good standing.
  • 2+ years of litigation experience.

  • Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to manage client relationships independently.
