Our client is one of the fastest growing dairy brands in the country. Due to this growth the company is looking for someone to step into a role as Corporate Engineering Manager. They are looking for this person the be based in the greater Portland, OR area. This person will provide provides leadership and technical direction for enterprise-wide engineering initiatives. This role focuses on strategic alignment, capital planning, and standardization of engineering practices, while also managing the day-to-day execution of projects and document control processes across the organization. This person will report to the Director of Engineering and will support capital projects at multiple sites in the company’s manufacturing network. Our client is looking for a high-potential candidate who can grow with the company. Here are a few of the minimum requirements for the role. ? Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related field) ? Multiple years of experience in leading an internal engineering team, including performance management and talent development ? Experience leading large scale facility expansions and end-to-end project execution for large scale capital projects ?
