In this role, you will help plan, coordinate, and execute high-visibility corporate programs, customer summits, and strategic industry events that drive engagement, support pipeline growth, and reinforce market leadership.
This is a fast-paced, high-impact role requiring exceptional project management skills and a calm demeanor under pressure. You will manage complex event workstreams from conception through execution, partnering closely with cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, creative, and leadership-as well as external agencies, venues, and production partners. If you excel at orchestrating flawless experiential programs on time and on budget, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Program Planning & Execution
• End-to-End Ownership: Support the planning, coordination, and execution of flagship user conferences, executive roadshows, and strategic corporate events.
• Timeline Management: Build and maintain rigorous event timelines, milestones, workback schedules, and cross-functional dependency trackers.
• Production Logistics: Partner with external vendors, agencies, venues, AV teams, and production partners to deliver polished, brand-aligned event experiences.
Stakeholder & Attendee Operations
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate seamlessly with internal stakeholders across marketing, sales, product, creative, and executive leadership.
• Attendee Management: Oversee registration workflows, attendee communications, housing logistics, and detailed run-of-show planning.
• Documentation: Build and maintain comprehensive event briefs, weekly status update trackers, and thorough post-event executive recaps.
Financial & Operations Governance
• Budget Tracking: Track event spending against allocated budgets, manage invoices, and ensure strict financial accountability.
• Problem Solving: Proactively troubleshoot on-site and pre-event issues, adapting quickly to changes while keeping leadership and stakeholders fully informed.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
• Experience Baseline: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in corporate event management, field marketing, experiential marketing, or large-scale event production.
• Track Record: Proven history supporting high-visibility, executive-level, or large-scale customer events.
• Technical Mastery:
oStrong project management capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
oDemonstrated comfort managing complex budgets, production schedules, and event operations tooling.
oExperience managing external vendor relationships, creative agencies, and production partners.
• Core Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; superior stakeholder management abilities; ability to work independently while driving alignment across matrixed teams.
Preferred Attributes
• Experience managing events within the B2B technology, SaaS, or enterprise software sectors.
• Familiarity with large user conferences, multi-city tour roadshows, and major industry tradeshows.
• Proficiency with modern event registration platforms, mobile apps, and attendee communication tools.
