We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Attorney with 4-6 years of experience to join our team. As an Associate, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of key aspects of transactions from inception through closing, working closely with our clients and colleagues.
Responsibilities:

โ€ข Take ownership of key aspects of transactions from inception through closing
