Role Description
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Corporate Services Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, in office (Dover, Delaware) role. The successful candidate will manage corporate filings, serve as a point of contact for state and federal compliance, and ensure accurate and timely completion of required documentation.
Key Responsibilities
