IMPACTFUL CORPORATE CONTROLLER

for Orange County, PE-backed, multi-entity defense contractor


Addison Group SoCal is engaged in a search for this newly created position during a time of YoY double digit growth and transformation in systems and processes. The Corporate Controller will expand and lead a solid team of 4, reporting to the VP of Finance.


You have a background in defense industry manufacturing, cost accounting & inventory, multi-site operations with a combination of large & small companies, overseeing periodic close, FP&A, cash flow, and liaison to top-tier external auditors. Extra points for exposure to DCAA & FAR or CPA/CMA. Confident presentation to partner with executives and BU Presidents in continuing to scale the business, providing insights into key metrics with improved data analysis. Participate in the company's corporate consolidation, technology upgrades and implementation of business intelligence & AI tools.


Our client is unique in its internal championing of process improvements, supported by Operations, Engineers and manufacturing leaders. They actually embrace change! Compensation includes a base of $175-200K + 15% bonus. You will work onsite and be supported with an array of benefits, including Medical/Dental/Vision, matching 401K but... here's the best part: a daily work schedule that is flexible and... they operate on 4 tens: (4) 10-hour days! Almost unheard of.
