Specialty Hospital Of Central Jersey Rn Opportunity

Specialty Hospital of Central Jersey, part of AcuteCare Health System, is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing team. We specialize in caring for high-acuity, post-ICU patients and are committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes while maintaining a strong focus on patient satisfaction and quality care.

Position Details

  • Full-Time, Part-Time
  • Day and Night shifts available
  • Work with complex, high-acuity patient populations in a specialty hospital setting
Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care within scope of practice in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and regulatory standards
  • Ensure patient safety by recognizing limitations and seeking resources when needed
  • Delegate tasks appropriately and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
  • Set priorities and evaluate patient outcomes through evidence-based interventions
  • Utilize the nursing process to develop and implement individualized care plans
Qualifications

Qualifications

  • BA/BS/BSN required
  • Active New Jersey RN License required
  • Minimum 1 year of bedside nursing experience in Acute Care or Rehab
  • Prior Critical Care experience preferred
  • BLS required
  • ACLS required within 6 months of hire
  • Previous hospital experience strongly preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with patients and families
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with healthcare systems
